This year's event will feature the film “At the River I Stand,” (1993) about the 1968 sanitation workers' strike that brought Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the Poor Peoples' Campaign to Memphis, Tennessee. As the federal administration creates a system where the wealthiest institutions and individuals are able to hoard wealth, we are working on a local level to ensure our wealthiest institutions contribute towards the cost of city services they utilize. Join Jews United for Justice and the With Us, For Us Coalition to learn about the campaign to hold Baltimore City's largest universities and hospitals accountable to paying their fair share.
